UF 720 SP – High-Capacity Soft Serve Performance

UF 720 SP is a high-capacity soft serve machine designed to deliver maximum efficiency in high-volume environments — in just 56 cm of width.

Available in gravity or pump feed versions, it features 16 L + 16 L tanks in gravity configuration and 11 L + 11 L in pump configuration, combined with two independent 2.5 L direct expansion cylinders for continuous and reliable production.

Ideal for soft serve gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and for filling tubs or other containers, it offers adjustable overrun up to 80% and independent cylinders with separate user interfaces for full operational control.

Choose between twin-twist or independent doors, standard or star door, self-closing doors, a wide range of nozzles, and a monopotion kit to adapt to any service format.

Equipped with automatic self-pasteurization, washing intervals of up to 42 days, and Teorema Wi-Fi remote control, UF 720 SP ensures over 650 portions per hour in gravity version and over 1000 portions per hour in pump version — delivering outstanding performance even during peak demand.
