UF 920 SP: High Production Capacity for Soft Serve Gelato, Ice Cream, Sorbets and Frozen Yogurt

Carpigiani’s UF 920 SP is a high-capacity, self-pasteurizing, soft serve machine for producing large volumes of Soft Serve Gelato, Ice Cream, Sorbets, and Frozen Yogurt. 
The UF 920 SP has a 40-liter tank capacity with 20 liters for each flavor and is available in either gravity or pump-fed systems. The large tank capacity and direct expansion cylinder make this machine ideal for serving large quantities of soft serve, as well as being ready for high-volume production rushes. 

The gravity-fed version can produce over 900 portions of 75-grams cones in one hour, while the pump-fed version can produce over 1000 cones in one hour. 
Each side of the UF 920 SP has an independent refrigeration system and user interface, making it possible to simultaneously produce products of different consistencies such as creamy dairy-based ice cream on one side, and water-based fruit flavors on the other.
