Carpigiani China organized the first Carpigiani Gelato Cup between October and November involving about 25 students from Jian Nan University in Wuxi.

The first prize winner of the final event will participate for free at the Carpigiani Gelato University course at the Bologna headquarters. 

The second place wins the basic course at the Shanghai campus. Moreover, on the day of the event it was held a seminar on the history of gelato, on the global market of artisanal gelato and its future developments, attended by about 250 students.
