This is the most advanced machine for the combined production of milkshakes and soft serve.
It is equipped with two independent refrigeration units in one compact structure. This allows the two sides of the machine to be used independently and is ideal for handling high customer flows.
With the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, product viscosity is constantly monitored ensuring that the shake and soft gelato always have the perfect consistency. The machine is air-cooled and can be easily installed.
