From today 193 is unique! Thanks to Carpigiani technology and a specially developed kit, the machine supports the simultaneous operation of a pump-driven cylinder and a gravity-feed cylinder, making it possible to manage gelato mixes rich in fiber and/or seeds, as well as dispensing very different consistencies from the two cylinders.
