The batch freezer manages a range of quantities from a minimum of 3,5 kg to a maximum of 13 kg per cycle

Maestro HE features High-Efficiency technology which determines the maximum performance of the Gelato batch freezing cycle, with up to 30% savings in electricity and water consumption compared to the same volume produced with the RTX line and previous batch freezers.
Thanks to the Hot-Cold-Dynamic® Adaptive technology, the machine automatically recognizes the quantity and type of mixture. It dynamically modulates the cold and hot gas, optimizing the heat exchange during freezing and avoiding burns during the processing cycle.

Beater without central shaft and with POM blades for the total extraction of the gelato.
