Hall C1 Booth 061 - Rimini Expo Centre - 18 to 22 January

Carpigiani among the protagonists of Sigep 2025 - the International Exhibition dedicated to gelato, pastry, artisan bakery and coffee scheduled in Rimini from January 18 to 22. At Booth 061 in Hall C1, the main technological innovations will be presented and more than 100 demonstrations and special events will be held. Among the guests expected at the booth will be Gelato Maestros Carlo Guerriero, Roberto Segalla, Belén Cimino, Marco Venturino, Adám Fazekas, Eugenio Morrone, Maurizio Melani, Keisuke Katayama, Carlos Enrique Cifuentes Rioseco, Kenny Mattsson, Lucia Paz Herrera Riquelme, Stefano Ferrara (with the participation of Cosorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena)Andrea de Bellis and Andrea Bandiera; also in attendance will be the AMPI Maestro Alessandro Tiscione, chef Pier Giorgio Parini, pastry and gelato consultant Juan Pablo Colubri, Lavazza's Italy training manager Alessandro Cocco, chef Ciro Fraddanno and Bruno Damini, author of the book “Il mondo dei fagioli ribelli”.
 
In the area dedicated to Carpigiani Gelato University, it will be possible to attend demos held by the school’s instructors on the new specialization courses, such as “Gelato and Spices,” “Gelato with tea & herbal infusions,” “Gelato and coffee,” and “Gelato and Sorbets with Alcohol: the new balancing technique", as well as the presentation of "Panettone World Championship" with Francesco Elmi and the "Gelaterie solidali" project by Fondazione Bruto e Poerio Carpigiani.

Selection of the best teams of European gelato and pastry chefs who will participate in the 11th edition of the Gelato World Cup, the world's most important international team competition dedicated to the sector, scheduled to take place at SIGEP 2026.

- Gelato Festival World Masters
Gelato Arena (Hall A7), Jan. 20, 2025 Germany Final
15 gelato makers will compete for the 3 spots dedicated to Germany at the 2026 World Finals.

Gelato Arena (Hall A7), Jan. 21, 2025 Iberian Challenge
16 gelato makers will compete for the 3 spots dedicated to Portugal and Spain at the 2025 European finals.
