Come and discover gelato culture until October 7th
The World Horticultural Exposition in Beijing was opened on April 29th and will continue until 7th October. The international exhibition is one of the highest-level and largest held in China.
Safety, health and harmony between man and nature have become the new trend of people pursuing a better life. This is also the concept advocated by Italian artisanal gelato, reason why Carpigiani Gelato University will be present during the exhibition, contributing to spread the gelato culture.
During the May Day period, our teachers Daniela and Cindy held an Open Class on the art of Italian gelato, revealing its secrets and its history.
