From May 20th to 23rd, Carpigiani is in Chicago to take part at The National Restaurant Association Show, the largest gathering of foodservice professionals in the Western hemisphere, with more resources, information, and connection opportunities than any other industry event!
Visitors will have the chance to experience the latest Carpigiani innovations in terms of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Soft Serve and Foodservice, including some live demos of 191 G, the Single flavor counter top machine to produce soft ice cream and frozen yogurt, Synthesis 2, the modular system that allows you to produce, store and serve gelato in front of your customers.
The whole will be concentrated in Booth 4811, South Building.
