One of the most dynamic young Italian pastry chefs and the recipient of the Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2019 award, Fabrizio Fiorani will present his philosophy on the role of gelato in fine-dining desserts. His signature style desserts presented in the seminar are inspired by his two publications "Between Dream and Reality" and "Avanguardia".
