From the 1st to the 4th of April, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, Carpigiani will be at Hotelex Shanghai 2019, the 28th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Food Service Expo.

At the stand N1 D02, Carpigiani will showcase several machines such as Labo 8 12, Maestro, Ready, Pastomaster, Pastochef, Mister Art Plus, Turbomix and Ecowip.

Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University instructor Alessandro Racca will be holding demos on gelato, pastry gelato, gelato soft and slush.
