Carpigiani will be among the key players at FHA HoReCa 2024, one of the most important trade shows in Asia scheduled to take place in Singapore from October 22 to 25.
Carpigiani will also sponsor the three main competitions scheduled for this 2024 edition of FHA HoReCa : the Asian Gelato Cup, a team competition dedicated to gelato making that will determine the teams that will participate in the Gelato World Cup in 2026 in Italy; the Asian Pastry Cup, a team competition dedicated to pastry making whose winners will go on to compete in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie scheduled for 2025 in Lyon; and finally the Global Chefs Challenge, the global final organized by Worldchefs that will see the world's best chefs compete in four categories.
This year Carpigiani's stands will double: one entirely dedicated to technological solutions for Quick Service Restaurants and the world of chains (Hall 5, Booth 5F3-04) and one designed for the world of gelato, pastry and foodservice professionals (Hall 3, Booth 3K3-08).
In the first one, it will be possible to try Synthesis 2, the innovative modular system that allows gelato to be produced, stored and served in a single solution directly in front of customers and without interrupting the cold chain. As for the soft serve ice cream world, on the other hand, the 161 T G SP, the most compact single-serve gravity machine, and the 191, the fast and high-performance single-serve countertop soft serve machine that can produce more than 250 75g portions in an hour, will be on display.
At the booth in Hall 3, on the other hand, additional technologies for professional pastry making will be revealed. Such as Pastochef 18 RTL-I, which allows the production of up to 17 kg of Bavarian cream, custard, fruit jam, chocolate tempering, ganache cream, puff pastry per cycle. Thanks to the presence of the Inverter, it has 9 stirring speeds, 4 of which are intermittent speed, allowing a wider flexibility in preparations by managing your recipes in the best possible way.
It will then be possible to see the Lab-O-Chef 5 multifunction countertop machine at work, also ideal for chocolate, gastronomy and gelato making, capable of reaching 105°C and with more than 60 programs to express your creativity to the fullest.
Perfect for gelato making is the Ready 8/12, the compact countertop machine for processing both hot and cold mixes, capable of producing up to 12 kg of gelato in one hour. With its 8 automatic programs and exclusive Hard-O-Tronic® technology, you can produce great fresh gelato.
For the gelato, pastry and foodservice sectors, here is the small and compact ReadyChef, the countertop machine that packs all the technology needed to add artisanal gelato to the menu in just a few inches and act as a personalized assistant for many pastry and chocolate preparations. With as many as 34 different programs ranging from cream production, chocolate processing, and the preparation of gelato, sorbets and fruit cremolatas. As many as 6 cycles are dedicated to the production of sauces and toppings.
In addition, it will be possible to discover the Pastomaster 60 XPL P, the Carpigiani pasteurizer equipped with the exchanger pump that guarantees high micronization of fat globules to obtain creamy and stable gelato. In addition, thanks to the unique dry bain-marie system, it is easier to manage minimum charge levels without running the risk of burning the mixture.
Among the proposals for Foodservice, how can we not mention Freeze&Go, the freezing machine that packs all Carpigiani technology in just 55 cm with a design with a vintage touch. A single cylinder to freeze, store and serve up to 5 kg of gelato in one hour. It is installed in one easy step by plugging it into the power outlet.
As for the world of soft serve ice cream, the 161 T G SP single-flavor machine, ideal for making sorbets and frozen yogurt as well, will also be on display here. It has a tank capacity of 5 L and has a gravity feed system for compact and dry ice cream. It is equipped with the Star Door, which allows the insertion of the 18 different nozzles that can be purchased individually or in the optional kit.
