Sirha Budapest, the most significant international HoReCa and Retail Show of the CEE region awaits the professionals on 5-7 March for the sixth time at HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center!

Carpigiani's dealer, Bulfoni Kft, will be present with a booth dedicated to Carpigiani's latest technologies for the production of artisan gelato, such as Labotronic HE and Pastomaster HE, and pastry products, such as Pastochef RTL-I. Important new feature of the 2024 edition of Sirha Budapest will be the Gelato Square in Hall G. Here,on March 5th Bulfoni is organizing the third Hungarian stage of the Gelato Festival World Masters 2022-2025 route , where the best 3 gelato makers will be selected to continue their journey to the European finals. On March 6th, the "Gelato Adventure 2024" will take place to tell the gelato profession in a playful and innovative way with moments of gelato education and small competitions for pastry students. On March 7th it will be the turn of cooking shows with tasting.
