Carpigiani Gelato University arrived in Russia with a new campus in Moscow. The new school, located at the Carpigiani Russia headquarters, was inaugurated with a 3-day introductory gelato course held by senior instructor Luciano Ferrari from 21 to 23 May. The second course is scheduled for September 2019.

The international school is now present with 14 campuses in 13 countries around the world: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Benelux, Germany, UK and USA (two campuses, North Carolina and Illinois). Find out here our school locations.
