From February 19th to 23rd, Carpigiani Gelato University is in Dubai to take part at Gulfood, the largest Food & Beverage sourcing event in the world, an opportunity for the global F&B industry – from retailers, food suppliers, and distributors to wholesalers, chefs, thought leaders, and beyond – to network with the leading brands, discover the latest products, connect with key industry players, and explore the innovations and trends shaping the future. 

Visitors will have the chance to experience the latest Carpigiani innovations in terms of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Soft Serve and Foodservice, including some live demos of Ready 14 20, the countertop machine to manage the entire production process of pasteurization, aging and batch freezing in a single unit, and UF 920 SP, the twin-twist floor-standing soft serve machine with high production capacity to produce up to 1000 servings in one hour.

The whole will be concentrated in Booth A1-48 in Hall 1.
