NUVIA is Carpigiani's new generation machine, capable of whipping cream, mousse, or other creamy preparations in different volumes and portions. In addition, it is equipped with a simplified cleaning system that allows daily sanitization operations to be carried out quickly, monitoring overall cleanliness.

 

Ample space was dedicated to energy-efficient and low environmental impact solutions in the "Green Line" area, where visitors could see first-hand the new models of ice cream makers and pasteurizers from featuring new CO₂ (carbon dioxide) natural gas cooling technology, a real glimpse into the future of the industry that is several years ahead of European regulations for a more sustainable future.
