Carpigiani joined forces with the professional training center based in the breath-taking Reggia di Colorno in Parma. In May 2021, the first course dedicated to Contemporary Gelato was held in collaboration with Compagnia Gelatieri and the students were given a Ready 20 30 and a Maestro HE **. In the classrooms dedicated to cooking classes there is also a Freeze & Go.
