Carpigiani will be present at the 2021 edition of Syrha in Lyon (Hall 4 - Stand 4G116) from 23 to 27 September 2021 with the latest technological innovations for pastry and a world preview that will only be unveiled on the first day of the exhibition. Visitors will be able to preview a new multifunctional machine designed for pastry chefs and book a free demonstration. On the occasion of the important international meeting of the hospitality and catering sector, the Masterclass program of the Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University will also be unveiled with the great names of world pastry for the academic year 2021/2022. Furthermore, it will be possible to attend the demonstrations dedicated to Readychef, the counter top batch freezer with 34 programs dedicated to ice cream and pastry making, and Pastochef, the multifunctional machine for positive and negative pastry preparations.
